1. He/She is responsible for the growth of SDWAN & SASE business2. He/ She is responsible to align closely with TTBS Sales/ Solution team to this awesome technology to many customers in the region3. Must be from a strong Technology selling background – Security & Networking4. Responsible for overall growth & pipeline development in the region5. Build & leverage partner eco-system effectively6. Identify & build Manage Services partner in the region, for offering SDWAN & SASE-as-a-Service7. Strong alignment & build pipeline with Telecom & Cloud Service Providers8. Bring the thought leadership of giving the end-to-end solution for customer’s Digital Transformation journey – Value / Solution selling9. Effective cross-sell/ Up-sell capability to position multiple TTBS solution stack10. Have vivid understanding about competition offering11. Pro-active engagement in large RFPs & Large customers12. Build a calendarized activity / engagement plan with all the key partners in the region & do regular cadence discussion13. Periodical Sales training session with key partner stake-holders & update them on the new functionalities & wins14. Reaching out to all key existing & new SDWAN customers for a case-study15. More importantly, capable to work / align internally with all the key stake-holders in the region from Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing
Qualification:
1. 12-15Years of Sales experience2. MBA/ Graduate from a reputed institution3. Having good experience in selling Networking & Security solution4. Should be able to understand the customer expectation & position the SDWAN & SASE solution, highlighting the business benefits5. Responsible for the Regional SDWAN+SASE pipeline & Revenue goals6. Having good connect with Partners & customers in the region7. Having working experience with Service Providers is added advantage8. Should be a good team-player, who can work/ align closely with all the relevant stake-holders within the organization9. Smart planner & executor of Regional business plan, aligning with Business/ Segment leaders
