Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - Event Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Event Services to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution within the event services industry. This role will focus on creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth for our event services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the promotion of event services, targeting corporate and social events clients.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Design and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for event services.
  • Event Promotion: Manage the marketing and promotion of both internal and client-facing events, ensuring maximum visibility and attendance.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Event Teams: Work closely with the sales and event teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing analytics to track ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event services or related industries (hospitality, corporate events, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present ideas to senior leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and design, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools , CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must be located in Bangalore ; relocation is not offered for this role.

  • Knowledge of event management industry trends and best practices.
