We are looking for dynamic Client Servicing Managers and Senior Managers to join our team at Event U Rox (EUR). In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, ensuring the seamless execution of events, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. A key aspect of your role will be driving repeat business and fostering long-term, successful partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Anticipate and understand client needs to ensure long-term business growth and repeat business.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute events that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Service Delivery:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze client feedback, and implement improvements.

Reporting:

  • Prepare client service reports and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and event planning teams.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 (Manager) & 5-8(Senior Manager) years of experience in client servicing within the event management and experiential marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

Note: This position is open only to candidates with experience in Client Servicing.
