Job Title: L&D Executive
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Department: Learning & Development
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented L&D Project Executive to support the successful delivery of learning and development initiatives. This role involves managing and coordinating L&D projects, assisting in content creation, conducting research, and ensuring that all L&D activities align with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
L&D Project Coordination:
Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of L&D projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of training programs.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training-related events.
Handle logistical arrangements and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Content Creation & Research Support:
Conduct research & Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and other learning resources.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training programs, feedback, and evaluations and Prepare reports on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in project coordination or support, preferably in L&D.
Excellent research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
