Job Title: L&D Executive

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Department: Learning & Development


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented L&D Project Executive to support the successful delivery of learning and development initiatives. This role involves managing and coordinating L&D projects, assisting in content creation, conducting research, and ensuring that all L&D activities align with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • L&D Project Coordination:
  • Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of L&D projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of training programs.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training-related events.
  • Handle logistical arrangements and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Content Creation & Research Support:
  • Conduct research & Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and other learning resources.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs, feedback, and evaluations and Prepare reports on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in project coordination or support, preferably in L&D.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
