This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors programs for global enterprises.Key Skills & Experience15+ years of overall experiencein SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting .ProvenSubject Matter ExpertiseinEmployee Central, Onboarding, and Recruitingcovering the completeHire-to-Retire process .Strong experience incross-module integrationswith SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.Broad knowledge of theSuccessFactors Suite ; exposure toTime Tracking & Payrollis an advantage.Extensive experience deliveringglobal, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programsin complex environments.Solid consulting background inSuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design .ProvenProject Management expertisewith ability to lead end-to-end programs.Pre-Sales experience : RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as asubject matter expertacross SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.Drivesolution design, documentation, and advisory presentationsfor global customers.Providehands-on functional deliveryand ensure high-quality implementation.Leaddiscovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions .Participate actively inpre-sales cyclesincluding RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.Manage theend-to-end project lifecycleand provide AMS support as needed.Step into theProject Manager rolewhen required.Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants , fostering talent growth within the team.Conductperformance feedback, evaluations, and ratingsfor downstream resources.ManageProofs of Concept (POCs) , solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals.Liaise withSAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status .Contribute to thought leadership by publishingblogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars .Travel onsite (domestic/international)for customer engagements as necessary.Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice , scaling headcount with business demand.Delivercost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutionsfor clients.Ensureintegration with other SAP modules and third-party systemsis seamless.Report regularly onpractice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiativesto the SAP Practice Head.Why Join Us?Be part of aglobal SAP Gold Partner organization .Opportunity tolead and shape the SAP SuccessFactors practice .Work oncutting-edge, global transformation programs .Collaborative culture with opportunities forthought leadership & industry recognition .Permanent role with flexibility to work remotely .Please share your updated resume to
