About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Partnership Intern to support our team with AWS CRM management . The role will focus on maintaining accurate partner and sales data, tracking activities, and enabling smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities Manage and update partner information, leads, and opportunities within the AWS CRM system .Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in the CRM.Generate reports and dashboards to track sales and partnership performance.Coordinate with the sales and partnership team to support ongoing partner engagements.Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining partner communication records.Identify gaps in CRM data and support process improvements.Provide administrative support for partnership initiatives as required.Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.Familiarity with CRM tools (AWS CRM preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good analytical and reporting abilities.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.What You'll Gain Hands-on experience managing CRM systems and partner data.Exposure to sales operations and partnership management processes.Opportunity to collaborate with business and sales leaders.Internship certificate and potential opportunity for full-time role based on performance.
