Job Description:

As a member of the Product Development, Alliance and Partnerships Team, the candidate will be responsible for driving partnerships and alliances for product categories at BigCity. He/She will represent BigCity and its client campaigns to drive partnerships within assigned territories. He / She will be responsible for delivering Partnerships contracts into but not restricted to the following categories: Restaurant, Salons, Spa, Retail, Fitness, Health and Wellness, Personal Care, Entertainment etc. by conducting market research; working on minimum discount slab on onboarding the partners to enhance BigCity's Partner Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Big City's Marketing Services to our Target Audience comprising Experiential Business in India including but not restricted to Salons, Spa, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Activities and Sports etc.
  • Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Craft and deliver compelling pitches to introduce the company's services/products to potential clients.
  • Creating a portfolio of Experiential Rewards and Strategic Alliances with large national & D2C brands for Cross Promotions and Loyalty Programs.
  • Effectively Negotiate with Senior Management of above-mentioned audience, National Heads, Business Owners to close deals and onboard partners.
  • Build Long Lasting relationships with partners/suppliers by showcasing exceptional account Management skills.
  • Log all outreach activity and lead status, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new partnerships initiated and successfully closed within the Alliances & Partnerships and Experiential Rewards verticals.
  • Successful negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Measurable contribution to campaign outcomes through the strategic integration of partners.
  • Timely and accurate documentation and reporting of partnership progress and performance.
  • Support in maintaining a strong partner pipeline with consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on collaboration effectiveness and initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Any Discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and high level of integrity in all interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; an attentive and focused listener with the ability to build meaningful professional relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
