
Sales Partnership Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the role of Sales Partnership Coordinator. The primary responsibility will be to support our sales team with CRM system management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
The role will involve maintaining accurate partner and sales data, tracking activities, and enabling seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing and updating partner information, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system, generating reports and dashboards to track sales and partnership performance, coordinating with the sales and partnership team to support ongoing partner engagements, and assisting in documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining partner communication records.
A critical aspect of this role is identifying gaps in CRM data and supporting process improvements. Additionally, administrative support for partnership initiatives may be required. Requirements for this position include pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, familiarity with CRM tools (AWS CRM preferred) or a willingness to learn quickly, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good analytical and reporting abilities, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of reporting tools is a plus, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (AWS CRM preferred) or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
