We’re looking for 2 experienced Business Development Managers who have hands-on experience working with US clients in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. If you’re skilled in consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing deals with US-based firms, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the US market Pitch offshore staffing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), CPAs, legal firms, Wealth management, etc. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via outbound outreach ( calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals) Schedule and conduct product demos or discovery calls with decision-makers Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term client engagements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process Maintain relationships with clients for upselling and long-term growth Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry forums Ideal Candidate: 4–6 years of business development experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/Sales. Prior experience working with US clients or agencies is a must Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently.
