As our US Market Growth Executive (BDR) , you’ll be the pioneer in scaling Auth Bridge’s footprint across the United States. You’ll be the first touch for prospects, identifying, qualifying, and steering conversations—fueling our US growth engine. What You’ll Do Scout and prospect new U. S. enterprise accounts across verticals (HR, Fin Tech, Reg Tech, Saa S) Conduct discovery calls, demos, and qualification to hand off high-potential leads to Account Executives Build and execute a territory plan with focused outreach (cold, email, social, events) Partner with Marketing & Product to localize messaging, campaigns, and collaterals for U. S. audience Track and optimize metrics: pipeline volume, conversion rates, response rates, deal velocity Become an evangelist for Auth Bridge’s trust, compliance, and security story. What You Bring 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or SDR experience (preferably in B2 B Saa S) Experience selling to U. S. enterprises (or a strong understanding of U. S. market dynamics & decision cycles) Strong self-starter with hustle mindset—comfortable working independently
