Job Opportunity: AVP Analytics - Customer Data Analytics (Remote) Location: Remote | Experience: 4-8 years | ⏰ Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM | CTC: 28 LPA A leading GCC is seeking an intellectually curious and data-driven professional to join as AVP - Analytics (Customer Data Analytics).
If you're passionate about delivering impactful insights in Marketing Analytics , this role is for you Key Responsibilities: - Lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery , using advanced analytics and data science to solve business problems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards , showcasing insights into the customer lifecycle and proactively addressing business needs.
- Support strategic initiatives and build analytic solutions from planning through to execution.
- Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders by providing consistent, transparent problem-solving and timely solutions.
- Mentor team members on technical, analytical, and functional matters.
Required Skills/Knowledge: - 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL/SAS/Open Source Tools , efficiently handling complex, large data sets and applying advanced algorithms.
- 2+ years of project management experience , with a proven ability to independently set objectives and deliver with high accuracy.
- Strong capability to view business processes as a synergy of multiple functions and connect KPIs.
- Expertise in data visualization and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to target inactive customers, identify new customer segments, and develop models.
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, for collaborating across teams and presenting solutions effectively.
