We are hiring a AVP- Analytics- SAS/SQL + Customer Analytics to drive high-impact analytics projects and deliver actionable insights for business decision-making. What You'll Do:

  • Co-own and execute strategic analytics projects focused on decision optimization (e.g., targeting strategies, segmentation, ROI-based analytics).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define analytics tasks, generate insights, and enable data-driven decision-making for complex problems.
  • Explore and implement innovative tools, methods, and technologies to pilot new advanced analytics approaches .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide impactful analytics support.
  • Build and deliver end-to-end solutions for key strategic initiatives with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation of analytics tools and solutions to drive clarity, knowledge retention, and process transparency.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relationships by consistently delivering results, promoting transparency, and fostering a problem-solving mindset .
  • Mentor team members on analytical, technical, and functional areas while actively participating in internal initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL/SAS , including advanced algorithms and handling complex datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Birst .
  • Expertise in marketing and customer analytics , driving strategy and measuring outcomes.
  • Proven experience with large-scale data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling .
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A self-starter with the ability to solve technical and people-oriented problems independently.
