**Designation: GM/AVP - Product Marketing**
**Location: Hyderabad**
**Reports to: Vice President - Product Management**

Recordent’s platform enables businesses to submit their customer dues on a regular basis through various modes of upload. cRediDue, our Dues Management solution allows businesses to receive payments from their customers on time via automated notifications.
Inspired from the Credit Bureau model, Recordent encourages customers to maintain a positive payment track record. cRediEye, is our data aggregation product that allows businesses to access customer credit history information and past payment behaviour on banking and non-banking transactions.
Thus, enabling businesses to make informed decisions on setting customised terms on extending credit and contract. These reports are available for both Individual as well as
Commercial customers and are powered through Recordent’s strategic tie-up with Credit
Bureaus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Analyzing market data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as blogs, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, creatives, videos, and website content.
- PR Management: Liaising with the PR agency to manage press releases and external communications.
- Sales Enablement: Providing sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell the software product. This includes sales presentations, product demonstrations, sales collateral, and competitive intelligence.
- Customer Engagement and Retention: Developing strategies to engage existing customers, drive customer loyalty, and reduce churn. This includes customer feedback, user communities, customer referral programs, etc.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates through the funnel, returns on marketing expenses, user activation rate, churn and retention rates, etc. Using data to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams such as product development, technology, sales, customer service, and finance to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in using market research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to oversee the creation of various marketing collateral
- Creative thinking to develop compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Experience with data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualification**:

- Preferred: Post Graduation in Business Administration or Management
- Must have: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferred: 2+yrs experience in SAAS Product Marketing Role
- Must have 4+yrs of experience in Marketing Role

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
