The AVP-HRBP (Assistant Vice President - Human Resources Business Partner) is a senior-level HR professional responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies in alignment with the organization's business objectives. They act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on a range of HR initiatives.

Some of the key responsibilities of an AVP-HRBP include:
Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and performance. Provide insights and recommendations on talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Develop talent management strategies, including performance management systems, employee development plans, and career progression frameworks.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations issues, and disciplinary matters. Investigate and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent treatment in line with company values and legal requirements.

HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable employment laws and regulations. Monitor HR trends and best practices, recommending revisions to policies as necessary to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Collaborate with finance and senior management to ensure the organization's compensation structure is competitive and aligned with market trends and industry standards.

Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Train managers on performance management principles and techniques, ensuring fair and objective evaluations.

Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive corporate culture that aligns with the organization's values and mission. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and improve overall employee satisfaction.

HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure HR metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Develop and deliver reports to senior leadership, providing insights on HR-related issues and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certification is preferred.
- Several years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
