Location: (Hyderabad | Onsite) Employment Type: (Full-Time | Permanent) About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Executive (Field Sales) to lead business development and client acquisition for our HRMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B field sales experience in HRMS, ERP, or SaaS products—especially those who have worked with HRMS platforms such as Spine Technologies, Keka HR, Darwin box, Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar solutions. This ensures the candidate can quickly understand our product offerings and undergo smoother training and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for HRMS solutions across target industries. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demos to showcase capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, business owners, and decision-makers. Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical/implementation teams for tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools. Represent the company at HR events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand presence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of field sales or business development experience in HRMS, ERP, or software solutions. Mandatory: Prior experience working with or selling competitor HRMS solutions such as Keka HR, Darwin box, Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to understand business processes and present effective software-based solutions. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-field client interactions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Why Join Brilliant Technologies?
