Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Dharmapuri. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales goals, engaging in business development, identifying customer needs, maintaining client relationships, and proposing tailored automobile solutions. The role also involves preparing sales reports, attending training sessions, and collaborating with the dealership's team to ensure superior customer experiences and satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively - Experience in customer relationship management, business development, and client engagement - Analytical skills for preparing sales reports and assessing market opportunities - Understanding of the automobile industry, including SUVs, Pick-Ups, and SCV markets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using CRM tools and systems - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in sales preferred
