Senior Sales Executive Role: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for executing the sales and marketing plans, engaging with potential clients, ensuring the successful promotion of the project, and supporting business development efforts for acquiring new land and development projects.Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, provide project information, and arrange site visits.Sales Execution: Follow up with leads, conduct meetings, and close sales deals.Marketing Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads.Market Feedback: Collect and report market feedback and client preferences.CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Event Coordination: Coordinate events and promotional activities.Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential land acquisitions and new development opportunities. Collaborate with the business development team to gather information and prepare proposals.
