The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s portfolio of clients in the real estate sector. Duties include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skillsExperience in Market Research and Competitive AnalysisUnderstanding of Real Estate Market and ability to provide tailored solutionsProficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or related industryProactive and results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
