Job Title: Brand Partnership Manager
Role Overview:
We seek an enthusiastic and driven Brand Partnerships Manager to secure brand deals and sponsorships for our Preschool YouTube channel. You will be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, building relationships, and negotiating deals that align with our brand values and content.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, result-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of content creation and the digital media landscape, especially YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential brand partners and sponsorship opportunities for our Preschool YouTube channel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and agencies.
• Pitch partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and close brand deals.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand integrations are aligned with our channel's goals and audience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the digital content industry and YouTube monetization strategies.
• Track brand deal performance and report on KPIs and progress regularly.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in media or digital content.
• Understanding of content creation and how platforms like YouTube work.
• Proven track record of closing brand deals or partnerships.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital content or media.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, its monetization strategies, and content creation.
