As an n8n Expert , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced automation workflows using n8n and related tools. You will play a key role in building smart, scalable systems that integrate multiple SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, finance tools, etc.) You will work closely with the Project Manager , who will oversee coordination and priorities, ensuring that each automation is robust, efficient, and aligned with project requirements.
Integrate multiple SaaS tools (CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, finance tools, APIs, etc.) Develop scalable solutions that can handle high volumes of data and complex logic.
Ensure workflows are optimized for performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot API issues, authentication errors, and data synchronization problems.
Testing & quality assurance
Implement systematic testing for each workflow before deployment.
Guarantee that every automation meets the quality standards set by the Project Manager.
Monitor workflows to ensure long-term stability and performance.

Collaborate with other tech team members when projects require cross-functional expertise.

Experience & background
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in automation development, API integrations, or backend workflows.
Strong track record of delivering complex automation projects end-to-end.
Solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, finance tools, etc.).
Expert-level proficiency with n8n (or equivalent automation platforms like Zapier, Make, N
ciency with data handling: JSO N, arrays, variables, transformations.iarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms is a plus.Able to manage multiple automation projects in parallel with strict deadlines.
Highly detail-oriented, ensuring quality and robustness in every workflow.
Excellent communication in English, especially when explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of working independently while maintaining close alignment with the Project Manager.
Experience contributing to open-source projects (especially automation frameworks).
Previous experience in startups, agencies, or client-facing automation projects.
Contract type : Full-time – Remote (India-based).
Working language : English.
Availability : Immediate.
Compensation : Competitive package, based on experience and expertise.
