Must Have Qualifications & Skills:
Proven track record of performing in a similar role including managing a team of sales
- support / CRM operations analysts
- expert with proficiency in a Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM environment, system admin,
- creating reports/dashboards, system adoption/governance, training new hires and
- process automation/improvements
Microsoft Dynamics365 administrator certification
- Microsoft Dynamics365 developer certification a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field. MBA in a technical / business
- related area (preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
