This role is for a hands-on Solution Design Lead / Senior D365 Developer for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM with key responsibility for Solution Analysis and Design of D365 CRM solution components, as well as providing leadership of D365 development/coding as part of a team of Offshore developers.

Must have understanding and hands on experience of MS Dynamics CRM Online/365 and all aspects of the Dynamics CRM development having been responsible for functional analysis/technical design/development.

Balance various types of work items and projects, prioritizing D365 solution design as well as development activities /request.

A demonstrable track record of getting things done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality with CRM solution and related coding developed offshore as part of D365 solution delivery.
