Company: Throttll (Jaipur, Rajasthan) Job Type: High-Value Freelance / Project-Based (Remote or Hybrid) Experience Level: 4+ Years Dedicated Hub Spot Development The Role: Technical Strategy & Automation You will be responsible for the advanced development, configuration, and maintenance of Hub Spot instances across the Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the Hub Spot API and serverless functions to eliminate data silos, automate complex business processes, and provide our clients with clean, actionable data for decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Architecture & Customization Custom Object Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Hub Spot CRM Objects, Properties, Pipelines, and Record Layouts to precisely mirror client-specific business logic and relational data structures. Data Governance: Lead complex data migrations, cleansing, and syncing projects , establishing best practices for data integrity, ownership, and hygiene across all client portals. Front-End Extension: Develop and deploy Custom CRM Cards and specialized UI extensions within the Hub Spot interface to display critical external data (e.g., payment status, inventory levels) for sales users. 2. Advanced Integration & Automation API Development: Engineer robust, bi-directional integrations between Hub Spot and mission-critical external systems ( ERP, custom payment gateways, proprietary databases ) utilizing the Hub Spot APIs (REST/Graph QL) and webhooks. Workflow Logic: Create advanced, scalable workflow automations and custom coded actions using Java Script/Python to manage lead routing, lifecycle stage progression, and SLA compliance. Reporting Enablement: Configure custom reports and dashboards, ensuring data structure supports advanced marketing attribution and sales forecasting. 3. Consultation & Technical Leadership Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Hub Spot, consulting with Throttll’s strategy team and directly with clients to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications. Manage technical documentation for all custom developments and integrations to ensure long-term maintenance and scalability. Non-Negotiable Requirements 4+ years of dedicated, high-level development experience with the Hub Spot ecosystem . Expert proficiency with Hub Spot APIs for custom integrations and data manipulation. Demonstrable experience building Custom CRM Objects and Custom Code Actions within Hub Spot Workflows. Strong command of Java Script (Node.js) or Python for use in custom integrations and webhooks. Proven ability to manage Git-based version control for deployment of custom CRM properties, themes, or integrations. Deep understanding of the Hub Spot data model across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. Highly Desired Expertise (A Strong Advantage) Experience with Hub Spot CMS Hub development (HTML, CSS/SCSS, and Hub L). Certification as a Hub Spot Developer or Solutions Architect . Experience integrating Hub Spot with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) or enterprise CRMs (Salesforce).
