Presales Engineer

Threatcop Inc. is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in introducing our cutting-edge cybersecurity products to potential clients. This role is instrumental in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Threatcop's product suite, including ThreatCop, TSAT, TDMARC, TPIR, and TLMS. Understand the technical aspects of these products and their applicability to potential clients.
Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges. Provide insightful product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Threatcop's solutions.
Solution Customization: Collaborate with the technical team to customize product solutions based on client requirements. Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific client needs
Client Onboarding: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats. Use this knowledge to position Threatcop products effectively in the market.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and product specifications. Ensure all communication is documented for future reference.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, answering technical inquiries and addressing concerns.
Interacting directly with clients: Your main responsibility will involve direct communication and engagement with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as a key point of contact for their inquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
6 to 12 months of relevant experience in pre-sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex cybersecurity concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
