Presales Software Solution Architect

Purpose of your Role:
Create prototype model for solution based on understanding of customer requirements.
Provide solutioning support to sales teams for specific deals.
Work with Product team to enhance the service offering.
May lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.
Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialization.
Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. Might lead/ mentor small teams Work-group/team focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
Analyze and understand client requirements to design comprehensive solutions that address their business challenges.
Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs that align with the client's needs and budget.
Create technical proposals, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams.
Cost Optimization:
Provide cost estimates for proposed solutions, optimizing for both performance and budget.
Work with the sales and finance teams to ensure that solutions are both commercially viable and technically sound.
Client Engagement:
Present solutions to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business objectives and how our offerings meet their needs.
Address client queries and provide technical clarifications during the pre-sales process.

Accountable for (Functional)
1. Provide solutioning support to sales teams for specific deals.
2. Work closely with teams like Product, Engineering & various cross functional teams to create required solution enhance the Cyfuture service offering.
3. May lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
4. Achieve OB & Revenue Target for the sales
5. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.

9. Should have the relevant Industry certifications
Technical Expertise:
1. Experience of Virtualization
2. Experience in Cloud Hosting Services
3. Storage/Back up
4.Concept of Cloud (Private & Public) & Data Centre
5. Specific Public Cloud Knowledge
6. Expertise in any of the Technology of Network/Data Centre/Security/Unified Communication
7. Work experience on Large Data Centre Project including Physical & Virtual Environment
8. Understanding on Enterprise Architecture including Data Centre, Cloud, Security Landscape & Network (WAN) for the customer
9. Knowledge of Unified Communication if any
10. Customer facing Experience in terms of Opportunity understanding, BOQ & Solution proposal Creation experience is preferred.
Requisite: -
Should have 2-3 years of experience in Pre-sales function
Exposure towards working in the RFP cases
Experience of catering Enterprise and Government customers
Engineering Graduate with necessary CERTIFICATION on VMWARE, AZURE, lAWS, Solution Architect
