Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

Strategic Leadership and Business Development

  • Business Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including sales and marketing strategies, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth by overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and providing effective leadership.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs and targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Coaching tie-ups, school tie-ups and student Acquisition and Retention: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.


Operational Excellence

  • Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of various programs at the center, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources (budget, personnel, etc.) effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, mitigating risks to the business.


Reporting and Analysis

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and overall business health.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the center head and central team.
