Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
3. Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
4. Performance Analysis:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Budget Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
Monitor spending and adjust budgets based on performance trends.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
7. Brand Building:

Qualifications:
