ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in the fast-paced technology industry, based in our Bangalore, India office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various digital marketing channels, a keen understanding of the technology market, and the ability to design and execute effective marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for Anker Innovations brands in India.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for all channels, including websites, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and retargeting efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify digital marketing trends and insights within the technology sector.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including the design and distribution of newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing technologies and advancements, applying insights to improve marketing efforts.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology and digital marketing tools/platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to mine data to inform decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing.


PREFERED SKILLS

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the technology industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience of working with Meta, Snap & Google advertisement tools & dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of web design principles and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of the technology industry and its trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Bangalore, India office based role
