Sales Manager_Full-Time_Mumbai(Remote) Sales Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Mumbai(Remote) Experience: 5-8+ Years We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our solutions within a defined territory. This role requires a proven track record of success in software solution sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts and with other partners. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets. Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ~5-8 years of experience in software solution sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ~ Strong experience in selling to C-Level executives and closing high-value deals. ~ Willingness to travel as needed. ~ Strong understanding of the software sales cycle. ~ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and2 partners. ~ Experience with CRM software is a plus. Compensation: ~ Competitive base salary with uncapped sales incentives based on target achievement.
