General Manager – Operations & P&L
Years of experience - 10+ Years

The General Manager – Operations & P&L is responsible for the overall profitability, operational excellence, and strategic growth of Ridhira Retreat. The role ensures seamless guest experiences while driving revenue, optimizing costs, and maintaining high service standards.

Financial & P&L Management
Full ownership of the resort’s Profit & Loss performance.
Prepare and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Monitor expenses, payroll, and vendor contracts to maximize profitability.
Generate and present periodic financial and performance reports to management.
Operations Management
Direct all resort operations including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, spa, events, and guest services.
Maintain high operational standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve business goals.
Enforce HR policies, discipline, and performance management.
Build partnerships with corporates, travel agencies, and event planners.
Contribute to branding initiatives and guest loyalty programs.
Guest Experience
Ensure a world-class guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor online reviews and implement continuous improvements.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to local laws, licenses, and hospitality regulations.
Oversee safety, security, hygiene, and sustainability initiatives.

Relevant years of Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
Experience
Minimum 10 years in resort, luxury hotel, or hospitality operations with strong P&L management
Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational planning
Proven ability to lead large teams, motivate staff, and drive performance
strong compliance orientation
