The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments and will work securely through a VDI setup.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum7 years of experienceinSAP SuccessFactors , with at least3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.Experience working inremote/VDI-based environments .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferredKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and support ofSuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONBmodules.Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.Design and maintaincareer sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows .Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on aVDI-based remote setup .Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
