Hy Fun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its IT Team . We are looking to fill the Head - Analytics position based in Ahmedabad . Position/Profile Title: Head - Analytics Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 15-20 years Reporting To : Chief Information Officer Essential Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Essential Area of Expertise: Proven experience in enterprise BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAP SAC etc., SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and digital transformation. Desired Area of Expertise: ~ Having worked in SAP S4 Hanna environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the organizations analytics roadmap in alignment with CIOs vision. Champion data-driven decision-making across business units. Data Governance & Architecture: Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Advanced Analytics & BI: Lead development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics. Implement tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC or Qlik for enterprise reporting. Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Stakeholder Engagement: ~ Collaborate with senior leadership to identify analytics opportunities. Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
