Role Description

We are looking for a
Design Head
to lead our creative function and shape how our brand is experienced across
packaging, digital, retail, and campaigns
. This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Head located in Ahmedabad, Guajart, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the creative direction and design language for
    TBOF
    across all platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the in-house design team, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and creative output.
  • Oversee
    packaging design
    , ensuring sustainability, functionality, and alignment with the brand ethos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager on campaigns, social media creatives, website design, and digital content.
  • Drive
    retail and offline design experiences
    (pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, store branding, and merchandising).
  • Maintain
    brand consistency
    across all visual assets and communication touchpoints.
  • Align design with business strategy and brand storytelling in partnership with leadership.
  • Manage external creative agencies and freelancers when required.
  • Stay updated with
    global design trends, tools, and technologies
    relevant to food, wellness, and sustainability brands.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Management and leadership skills
  • Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design
  • Experience in Branding and creating cohesive brand identities
  • Knowledge of Interior Design principles and practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
