Experience 5 to 7 years

4+ Years - Experience in retail chains.

Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions, competition, and performance metrics, and to make data-driven decisions Technical Skills Required to execute the role - Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring, are crucial.

- Ability to travel to various locations within the designated area.
