The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing employee performance, designing training programs, and addressing workplace concerns effectively. Collaboration with department leads to meeting organizational goals is also a key aspect of this role.QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and labor lawsProven ability in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance ManagementExperience in Training and Development as well as Team ManagementExceptional Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skillsAbility to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational goalsProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office toolsRelevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in healthcare or hospital environments is an advantage
