Position: HR Recruiter We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process. Responsibilities & Duties Sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Maintaining recruitment data using ATS. Building a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements. Coordinating with teams for smooth onboarding processes. Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their status throughout the recruitment process. Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as candidate follow-up and scheduling adjustments. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment is must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus. Organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with candidates. Good problem-solving skills. Why should you join? You prefer working in smaller groups.
