This opportunity is not suitable for those seeking "more hours" or a "side gig." We're not looking for someone who intends to move on in a year after "learning". We value work-life balance and flexibility, although we typically operate from 10 am to 6 pm IST. However, we need someone who can step up when workload peaks, as our small but dedicated team is essential to our success. We don't care where you work from, or how many hours you put in, just that the work quality and deadlines are met reasonably

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design Pro - Create social media creatives (reels, carousels, post, stories)
  • Design Pro - Build sales funnels that bring in leads and sales on auto-pilot
  • Copywriting - Write sales emails, sales copy, social media captions, ad copies, headlines, hooks, subject lines
  • Publish content across social media and schedule emails to our email list daily 
  • Ability to stick to project management principles 
  • Ability to be creative and not get burnt out by creating content
  • Managing communication, comments and queries
  • Report data, track performance, suggest ideas for improvement and growth

✨ Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Comfortable with YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Email Marketing
  • Comfortable using no-code software like Kajabi, Wix, Systeme IO etc. to build funnels
  • Coachable and Adaptable
  • Detail-oriented, organised, creative, and deadline-driven
  • Juggling multiple projects effectively
  • Committed to continuous learning and community-building
  • Extremely flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Obsessed with client experience and results
