We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, experience in digital marketing, and a passion for creating long-lasting client relationships.
Agency Background Must
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and addressing client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and solutions to clients to meet their digital marketing objectives.
Project & Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, content, PPC, social media) to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates, performance insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Participate in client strategy sessions, helping to shape the digital marketing approach.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that will benefit the client’s business.
- Drive strategic conversations around clients' business goals and marketing objectives.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance using key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance client campaigns.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to deliver meaningful results and improve campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management:
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and allocation of resources.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, forecasts, and budgets.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior account managers or coordinators as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
