Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist with a proven track record in social media management and advertising to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive social media campaigns for both our clients and Talknlock's own platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Campaign Development: Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
- Paid Advertising: Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve client and company goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and trust.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in social media marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
- Paid Ad Expertise: Expertise in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Creativity: Creativity and ability to develop innovative campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Data-Driven Approach: Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
