Sales Manager – Testing & Analytical Services Industry: Food / Pharmaceutical / Environmental Testing Experience: Minimum 7 Years We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Testing & Analytical Services sector across Pan India . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food, pharmaceutical, or environmental testing services, with strong industry connections and the ability to lead regional sales initiatives. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple regions in India. Identify new business opportunities in Food Testing , Pharma Testing , Environmental Testing , and Analytical Services . build strong customer engagement and long-term partnerships. Drive the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, and negotiations to contract closure. Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the industry. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. Guide and mentor local sales representatives in different regions. Ensure client satisfaction and after-sales support in coordination with internal teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience in analytical testing services (preferably in food, pharma, or environmental sectors ). In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, accreditations (like NABL, FSSAI, ISO/IEC 17025), and industry standards. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Ability to travel extensively across India.
