Coordinate with the sales team to convert specifications into orders and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor competitor activities in the specification segment and provide market intelligence to the team.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company's brand and solutions.
Prepare and maintain a specification pipeline , visit reports, and project tracking sheets regularly.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for specifications, project conversions, and revenue as per the business plan.
Ensure strong collaboration with the technical and application teams to address project-specific requirements.
Graduate in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
~5–7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials – with focus on specification sales .
