Job Title

  We are seeking a skilled Legal Manager to join our team at Seven Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage matters with land scouts and brokers for land acquisition.
  • Conduct surveys of plot locations.
  • Fix boundaries of plots.
  • Attend to conveyance matters.
  • Address municipal assessment issues.
  • Gather information about tenants, including voter IDs and ration cards.
  • Prepare documents for tenant purchases, society redevelopment, plots, and flats.
  • Search and verify property titles at various levels, including talati, thelsidar, stamp duty, city civil, high court, 7/12, mutation entry, PR card, and DP remarks.
  • Execute deals independently for new acquisitions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on the status of acquisitions.
  • Search for documents regarding acquisitions at courts, government offices, and solicitor offices.
  • Make title flows of properties and lands.
  • Coordinate between solicitors, advocates, and legal consultants.
  • Oversee land surveys with demarcation.
  • Conduct due diligence on lands and structure deals.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review documentation related to tenanted and governmental schemes.
  • Vet and execute documents such as agreements, leave and license agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, deeds of conveyance, tenancy agreements, deeds of gift, wills, and codicils.

  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They must also have a thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
