A - Managerial Assistance :


- Complete all specific tasks and instructions as assigned by the Director.

- Following through and completing all standing instructions for tasks that are periodic/regular.

- Following up with Internal Department / Business Unit / External Department / External Vendor in relation to Items narrated in Minutes of Meeting & doing so as advised/instructed by the Director.

- Obtaining Periodical Data and Reports from Internal Departments / Businesses Unit / External Department / External Vendor and preparing an Analytical Report of the same with own observation and then presenting it to the Director.

B - Financial Assistance :


- Preparation of different financial reports based on the Internal / External data and presenting the same with own observation to the Director.

- Preparation of Budget and Expenditure along with a variance of all business unit considering all parameters and presenting the same to the Director periodically.

- Preparation of Profit & Loss statement of all business units analytically considering all financial parameters and presenting the same to the Director.

- Forecasting business proposals analytically for the next 5 7 years considering all financial parameters before any business investment and presenting the same to the Director.

- Initiate & Coordinate with different External Statutory Authorities for compliance under the provisions of various Acts prevailing in the Real Estate sector.

C - Secretarial Assistance :


- Preparation of official correspondence, memos, speeches & press releases on different occasions for the Director.

- Preparation of Minutes of Meetings with Internal / External agencies on different occasions for the Director.
