We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on all real estate-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies with the General Counsel and Head of Legal
  • Offer expert advice on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business ventures
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and external counsel
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, particularly those related to real estate
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
