Investigate and Analyze Fraud Cases

As a skilled professional in fraud detection and dispute resolution, you will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and resolving complex fraud cases to protect stakeholders from financial losses. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and analyze fraud cases related to credit card transactions, review transaction details, customer claims, and supporting documentation to validate disputes and identify fraudulent activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and analyzing fraud cases to identify patterns and trends
  • Reviewing transaction details, customer claims, and supporting documentation to validate disputes and detect irregularities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case resolution
  • Providing detailed and accurate documentation of case outcomes and escalating complex or high-risk issues to the team lead or manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
