Job Title: Fraud Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Risk Manager to join our team.

  • Manage Retail Clients' fraud risk activities and processes for Investigations effectively and efficiently aligned to business strategy.
  • Work with other units of Fraud Risk Management and stakeholders for smooth functioning of Fraud risk management processes and activities.
  • Manage fraud risk assisting businesses with implementing the best in class tools and processes to minimize fraud losses while maintaining and adhering to customer charter goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigations: Manage investigations to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Regional Head, Fraud Risk Management to develop and implement strategic plans to reduce fraud risk and improve operational efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess fraud risks across the organization, develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Key Skills:
  • Fraud Risk Management: Proven experience in managing fraud risk, including investigation, risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
