We are committed to delivering high-quality, nutritious products that cater to individuals with specific dietary needs. We operate in nine countries and are expanding globally.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our brand’s presence in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including partnerships, sales, and new markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion in line with Opulence’s business goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing partners.
- Monitor sales and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Generate corporate Sales and partnership
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the Opulence brand and network with potential clients and partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the health and wellness or food industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
