Responsibilities Strategic


Marketing Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement.

• Analyse market trends and customer insights to create effective campaigns that resonate with the target audience.


Brand Management

• Oversee brand positioning and ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s identity, values, and objectives.

• Manage and strengthen the brand’s image by collaborating with influencers, designers, and key industry partners.


Campaign Development and Execution

• Plan, manage, and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.


Digital and Social Media Marketing

• Lead the digital marketing strategy, focusing on social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

• Optimize online presence through engaging content, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.


Market Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.

• Analyse campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.


Budget Management

• Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

• Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure quality services within budget.


Team Leadership

• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering a creative and results-driven environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and meet overall business objectives.



Key skills:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and brand management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of market trends.
