The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity, derivatives, and depository operations , along with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a high-performing team.This role demands strong sales knowledge, regulatory compliance awareness, and the ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all stock market processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor the stock market sales team.Oversee equity and derivatives trade processing, settlements, reconciliation, and compliance .Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and depository regulations .Monitor and resolve discrepancies in trade settlements, margins, and positions.Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and depositories for smooth operations.Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.Implement process improvements and ensure operational excellence.Requirements3–6 years of experience in stock market operations/back-office/depository operations .In-depth knowledge of equity & derivatives settlement cycles, margins, and compliance norms .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.Good leadership and team management experience.Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, MIS).NISM certifications preferred.
